Well I did a laybye 3months ago in Kokstad which expired this month on the 20th, so I go back to find out what will happen since the laybye has expired they tell me that it has expired so I will forfeit my money. When I ask the guy that was assisting me where are the terms and conditions he says he don't know. Then I asked him what does the National credit act say he says he doesn't know he then says I should come back when the manager is available. I had to leave cause I couldn't argue with a fool that doesn't know much about the retail laws. If this is how sportscene teaches their staff customer service I surely want nothing to do with them but I want my money.
