Damaged underwear

Good day

Please note that I bought underwear at your sportscene Thavhani store in Thohoyandou on the 24 September 2023.

Today, when I opened them, I realized that they had a factory fault , and some stitches came out. I then went to the store requesting to exchange my underwear for another one as those have fault.i was then told they don't return underwear.

I am surprised that I'm supposed to keep the same underwear that is damaged even before I can wear them.

I didn't require a refund whatsoever, but I requested an exchange for underwear as the one i bought is damaged. To my surprise, they told me there's nothing they can help me with.....I can not spend my money for a product that is damaged and now I must keep which Is total loss.

Attached are the pictures of the underwear to prove that they were still in good condition without being used .I only realized the faulty and took them back .
