damaged beyond repair

in February i bought 2 X nike pairs of shoes and a sharks tshirt, which cost me roughly 3k, as soon as i got to put it on for my gym time and wasnt even out the door and the sole actually ********** the shoes, i took it back to the store i purchases it from to shoe them, wasnt even 2days and when i went there to sort it out, staff was extremely rude and vulgar towards me, noone wanted to assist me nor does head office answer the phones, for past 3-4months i have tried to contact someone to assist but noone does
