Damage

I bought Fila sneakers at sportscene a month a go and I lost a recept ,I only wear them 4 time and it was damage then I went to sportscene attlyn mall on thursday 19-09-2019 atteridgeville asking them to exchange for me so the guy who saw assisting tell me that I was not suppose to wash Tekkies with water coz its leather I was suppose to use the chemical that the sell at store ,put water and chemical in the bucket then wash them so I was so surprised coz i was still going to was them with water and he said I must leave my number he will call me on Friday coz he is waiting for his area manager but until today I never receive any call ,
