Customer service very unsatisfactory

<p>I was looking to buy a pair of sneakers called Patrick Ewening hi 33 in a tan colour size 9.I called both eastgate and sandton branches and not once could they even help and call to see what branch has stock of the sneakers. I then called customer service and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and helped me track down which branch had it in stock which was the branch in cape town at canal walk. I then called the branch to be told by the manager that he can only send it to a local branch for me in 2 weeks time which I had no problem with he then went on to tell me that he can not garuntee to me that he can keep it for two weeks in order to send it. What is the point if he can only send it in two weeks time but can not garuntee that he can keep them for two weeks. </p>
