Customer service - non-existence!!

Just went shopping earlier today at Sport scene Jubilee Mall, and unfortunately got some poor service from the staff there. I initially asked one of the consultants in the store to get me one of the Adidas sneakers, and she went to the store room for over 25 minutes without giving any feedback to me and when she finally decided to come back to me. She just told me that the store no longer has size 8 in those sneakers and the fact that the only size 8 left was the one left sneaker on the display shelf and a size 9 at the store room. As things stood I was told that there was nothing they could do but to remove the sneaker from the display. No attempts and suggestions were made to try and assist me nothing, they just removed the sneaker and left me there.

So I am disappointed as a loyal customer of the store.
