CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST IN THAT SHOP

I have written a review about Sportscene last month. I bought a Phone from Sportscene 320 West Street Durban - until today i have not gotten my Phone back and no refund. I had to go and buy another Phone from Game. The phone i bought from there on the 30th July and it worked for a month and stopped. i took it back to Sportscene, and waited for 6 weeks to get it back- it broke again end of October and i took it back on the 2nd November - until today, i dont have my Phone.
