Customer service and poor professional behaviour
I went to your store at moruleng mall on the 23/03/2022 with my girlfriend who was looking to purchase a pair of woman jeans, the assistant was engaged with tablet,as we asked a question on the jeans,he heard wrong ,gave us the wrong information, because he was more engaged on the duties of the tablet, then focused on engaging with the customer. The way he communicated gave one the view of him being annoyed, and then he blamed her for apparently having a low tone voice for him not hearing her properly rather than the loud music in store.I think she was basically expected to scream above the noise for him to hear. He became very defensive when one ask him if he can't hear because the music basically too loud, suggesting if we expect him to turn it off. Became very defensive when asked why is he engaged in the tablet while engaging in a customer and not trying to focus solely on the customer, which one will obviously think is priority. The individual totally lacked the necessary professionalism and attitude to be a brand ambassador of the company
Generally the employees present there clear lacked professionalism, and Probally think they doing the company a favour of being there and rather the other way around. One could identify ignorance and a lack of training amongst the employees. I am very sure as a company you have guiding policy that regulate the sound levels in your store so customer engagement can be allowed, and it does seem like we in club screaming to each other . We shall never be going back to your store, and as our experience creates a word of mouth amongst our circle , definitely will be a loss of clientele in your store which results in a lack of revenue, and a lack of revenue results in closure or probably a loss of jobs for the very employees who have no customer service.
One should rather loose an employee then a customer.
