Customer service and managers attitude

Went to sportscene shepstone after came all the way from shelly beach sportscene being told that the size of an shoe that I was looking for they have in portsheptone when I got there size was not there I ended up buying difrent shoe I was not a happy customer when I spoke to the store manager she asked me why I'm angry it not their fault that they don't a size thanks to the gentleman who explained to me why they don't have a size after I was told they have I don't think stores should managers behaving like this
