Customer service

On the 9th December 2020 I went to the Sportscene store at Maponya Mall to find out why I haven't received any feedback from them yet. I was then told that the takkie I wanted was sold out by the Sportscene store in Sandton which was requested from Sportscene Sandton. I don't know why they never send it to Sportscene Maponya and found out that it was because of the Sandton Store I never received the takkie. Bruno at Sportscene Maponya has thus far tried his best to get me the takkies and has brought different colors of the Nike 270 air max and has kept me updated I do want let Sportscene know that he has done his utmost best to giving the best customer service experience to keep me happy. Thank you Bruno!!!!!
