Customer complain , uncertified customer

I went to buy at eyethu mall sportscene today 10/01/2026 around 10:30am . I lost my money while I was checking clothes and when I ask for assistance from the employees I was told to go and ask for footage at the mall security office, and when I went to the security office, I was also told that I have to ask the shop for footage. But only to be disappointed when I asked for footage in the store , I was told they will have to pay R2600 and it's a long process. I had a very bad experience, I spent money there but when I ask for assistance they treat me like an outsider.
