Credit bureau

I had account at sportscene , 2021 last time I paid was on 2021 so I made an agreement with the manager at store that I am currently not working I am I’ll be able to pay in three months, to my Suprised when I went to pay in three months my account was handed over to credit bureau, with the interest of 100%. I wanted to pay off my account but now the issue is the account is with the lawyers
