Credit allocation VS credit limit

I opened an account with Sportscene and they gave me R810 credit allocation....and R 3600 credit limit...I enquired about this and they said my allocation MAY reach the limit. My issue here is that when i checked on my credit profile it says R 3600 which is not available to me yet thats the amount shown on my credit profile....why cant they show the measly amount of credit they gave me. Rectify this issue please as if reflects bad on my credit coz its the not the credit given to me.
