CPA not exercised

I went to Sportscene in Bridge city mall in Kwamashu yesterday 25/03/2021 around 2pm. I was looking for a dress and went around the shop. I than noticed a dress that I liked and noticed on the hanger it had R149, I than called the guy who works there as I was asking for a size of which he came , I than confirmed that I love the dress and will take it, the guy than realised the R149 is not meant to be there and he said it is a mistake quickly took the prize off. I told him the reason why I wanted the dress is because I saw that I could afford it as the prize was there. He that called his colleague and told him I am forcing to buy the dress for a lesser amount and of course the whole shop staff was pointing at me saying I have drama. I asked about CPA of which nobody had no clue what I was talking about. I was told to wait for manager who didn't pitch and I decided to leave the store and come back to see the manager whom I was advised is Sharmaine. I came back after 2 hours Sharmaine was called and I asked if she was briefed about the incident and said no, I than started from the beginning but before I could finish she said responded as they already discussed that they are moving stock and I should have seen that the price of R149 is for something else, I asked her as a customer how was I supposed to see that as I saw the dresses, looked at the price placed on all the dresses and wanted 1, how is that my problem? She said it is obvious that the price does not belong there. I have pictures on the price that were on the dresses.
