Complaint with the Return Policy at Sport scene.

On 4/8/18 I bought a MTN Nokia6/Black cellphone at Sportscene in Shelly Beach,Kzn. In the first week of October I returned the phone because it was not charging. The shop assistant assured me he was going to try getting it replaced but alas the stores policy only replaces a phone if replaced within 7 days. I informed them that its against the Consumer Protection Act but the manager insisted that it would be repaired and returned within a month. This is surely a factory fault and consumer rights are ignored. I strongly advise the public not to purchase a cellphone from Sportscene, not only are they refusing to replace it but their customer service is pathetic to say the least!
