Complaint

Good day all. So im accompanying my wife at gillwell mall and i decided to take a walk through the mall. Amd i have to say that i have never felt so insulted as i was when i got to sportscene. Theres a young coloured lady standing at the door in sportscene uniform, preventing people from accessing the premises if they do not have cash. My purpose was just to look at what they have on offer and now i cant access the shop unless i jave cash.the sales assistant outright refused to give me her name so i can lay a complaint.
