Complaint

On the 10th June 2025 I visited one of tfg stores sportscene carlton centre , it was bit late around closing time, I met a gentle man that assisted me with the sneaker and yes I found one that I like and saw there's a lot of mark down sneakers, I ask the consultant do you have any promo on particular brand that I wanted the consultant said NO ok I proceed to till point and on the way going that side the consultant said to cashier give malume one free rewards and said give me more , the cashier ask my ID number I gave her they keep on pressing the system and they said no this till doesn't allow rewards let's go to other till , ok now other till same think happened and gentle that was assisting also do overrides, so the guy commented and said I know the reason MALUME IS OLD AND THEY LAUGH SO I ASK DOES SPORTSCENE NOW SERVICE A CERTAIN AGE GROUP and they no you don't qualify for free rewards ok fair enough the keep on pressing the system until they said must pay +- minus 200 don't remember the figure said no I don't have and he voided some wipes and after they ask 71rand I gave the lady , on my way out I checked my receipt. WHAT I SAW MY SNEAKER WAS ON PROMOTION 200 OFF AND WAS TOLD THAT ITS NOT ON PROMO , SO THEY TOOK MY R271 AND SOLD ME WIPES AND SNEAKER POLISH WITHOUT MY CONCERN , NOW ITS CLEAR WHY THE GUY WAS SAYING IM OLD BECAUSE THEY TARGET YOUTH SO THEY DO WHAT THEY DID. ON SATURDAY 14TH WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND WAS TOLD STORE MANAGER AND ASSISTANCE ON LONG WEEKEND SO KNOW ONE CAN ASSIST ME. PLEASE PPL BE AWARE.
