Complaint about Spotscene stores service

I went to pay my instalment, and realised that my card is not on my purse ,I paid using my id number,my credit has been increased by R3000 I asked them they checked and someone use it to purchase R3000 items,but they can't check which sore was used by this person to used card, now I need to know the person ,I want to know which store they used and a footage from that shop,and a slip that was signed by this person ,they can't help me
