Complaint

I bought all star converse and I have worn it once then I noticed that it’s written ONVERSE instead of converse. Then I went to the store I lodge a complaint pertaining to items sold at your stores, i was told that there is nothing they can do I can’t return it because I have worn it . and this other lady said I’m speaking nonsense. I am highly frustrated at the service I received at your store in Golden Acre, Cape Town....
