complaint

I am disgusted in the service I have recived from Sportscene canal walk .

I bought my phone on the 1st June and it gave me problems then I returned it on the 1st August I was told it was factory default and I had to leave the phone fill in my name surname address and contact number I was told I would receive a sms the Monday to confirm i can collect documents but up until today I received nothing . I have called both numbers to the store for 4 consecutive days and to no answer .

I then called the Hi CELLPHONE store in Canal walk and they confirmed someone will call me but still nothing .

I have no documents no feedback and No ANSWERS from the store .

Its been 3 weeks almost and I have nothing to show .!!!!!
