Complaining about the services

Good Day I'm not happy at all I done my laybye last year around December time at sportscene tembisa birch acress mall, then I went to sportscene last week Saturday to take out my laybye then I was remaining with an outstanding balance to pay the outstanding balance ,before done the payment one of the employees went to stock room check my laybye she come back to me told me that she can't find my laybye and it no where to be found please I'm so angry in a such a way that I spend 4 hours waiting while there were still checking my laybye remember I use my money for transport to go to birch acres mall after they told me that they can't find it they told me that they will give me my money back which I don't need the money all I Need it my stuff ,then they told me that they will call me on Monday to keep me updated nothing till today I was there till the shop was closed I'm not happy at all I'm very angry in a such a way Day y de treat customers like this
