Went to sportscene mall at carnival to replace a card on 16 June 2021, produced my id n the consultant said they couldn't verify my id so she had to call client care for assistant, I spoke with the agent and they said I failed a security questions...its so unfair that I couldn't hear a thing due to loud music in the store, which I asked for the volume to be turned down but the staff didn't even bother, now I don't have a card n I really needed to make a purchase
