Complain

Good day

My Name is Modise Mo***eng a husband of the TFG Account holder Modiehi Gladys Mosethedi.

Today we visited one if your stores SportScene in Sasolburg we were treated very bad by one of the employee (Cashier), I was carrying my one year old child which she did not had a mask on. The Employee approached us with a very bad attitude insisting that I am not allowed to enter the shop with the baby not wearing a mask.

I then tried to explain to the lady that its very strange cause a day before i was in one of your stores and no one said anything to me about this matter, she then said to me this store operates different than other stores with a very bad attitude.

I ended up loosing my temper and telling the employee that she must stop talking to me with an attitude as a customer or else i will slap her, she then called her Supervisor (Store Manager) which before did not say anything to use while we were busy on the floor trying to do some shopping.

The Manager did nothing about this and the employee (Cashier) chased us out of the store asking us to leave if we do not compile with her rules, me and my Wife and my one year old daughter had to leave the store without making the purchase of R2000.

We made the store manager aware that you now have lost a Sale today because of the behaviour of your staff member but then she did not even bother herself to come us down.
