Commendable Service

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>About a month ago I visited the Sportscene Golden Acre Store.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an interest in a specific sneaker, my size however was not available.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was assisted by Jody who assured me that she would do her best to help finding my size at another branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whilst I was in store, Jody asked if I would mind waiting a short moment while she contacted a few branches for stock availability. But she did not find any.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jody was so far beyond helpful, she is so polite and sincere in dealing with clients (I assume, as that was my experience with the way she renders a service).</p> <p> </p> <p>She then asked if she could further follow up with a few more stores and she would get back to me at first opportunity.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jody then got back to me as she promised, she had found my size at another branch in the Gauteng Province. She advised that the delivery wait for the item would be 10 days, I was happy and accepted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to thank Sportscene for an awesome shopping experience, the lengths they prepared to go for their clients is just amazing. My waiting period for the sneaker was literally cut in half as I received a call from Jody that my sneakers have arrived much sooner than expected.</p> <p> </p> <p>And they delivered the shoe all the way from another Province, that is just brilliant service from Sportscene.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jody went beyond her duty I'm sure, I was literally speechless with how well she assisted me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish I could put into words or better put into words how impressed I am with the service I received.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sportscene owes Jody some well deserved recognition, which I hope will come her way.</p> <p> </p> <p>Her service alone would keep me coming back to your stores.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Jody and thank you again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Nathan C</p>
