CLEAR MY NAME ON ITC
I am not sure why you guys are taking so long to clear my name on ITC when I have made the necessary payment to my account through DMC, I am being told the matter has been escalated to the recovery department for further assistance to confirm balances, like what is the use of the PAID UP letter? please can this be resolved ASAP

I have sent the settlement letter and it was forwarded to your recovery department, which has now updated my balance, and shows I still owe. I mean I sent the paid-up letter. I called today to check on this and follow up, one of the customer service representatives told me "This is updated every 21st of each month" and they can not be able to sort this out, until next month? how possible is that?
I would really like my credit report to be fixed please for the next November update, please?
