Child head scratch incident 😒 😑

My son got hurt in sportscene Sandton on his forehead no one in the store took initiative to assist me ,was not offered atleast first aid nonone bothered to ask if i have transport to rush the child to the hospital in the shop the manager in the shop never came closer to the sin only customer's where concerned and one of the lafy bought water for him to drink,the store assistant called a private ambulance then i was given a bucket of water and a mop to wipe off his blood on the floor,I had to request for bolt to take us to the nearest medical institution since it was at night and i couldnt afford the price the paramedic guy charged me just to take us to the clinic,I called tfg to report what has happened no one came back to me till this day infact they sent me an automated email to say my issue was resolved no one called me not to mention no one took my number or the name of the child am writing this today my son is having sleepless nights after the incident took place always crying of a headache and he is only 5years I must say am very disappointed with their service both the store and their complaints department and their area Manager Sportscene Sandton am never setting my foot in their store
