Charged for purchases never made

Opened an account under Sportscene with a limit of R900, purchased clothes which I paid until under R200 was left next thing I know I'm owing R2000? How am I owing R2000 when my credit limit is R900? They told me I "subscribed" to magazines which I don't remember doing that. Even if I did where are the magazines I'm supposedly supposed to receive? After many months of back and forth the customer service isn't helpful at all. One of them even **** that they'll refund the money charged for the magazines which they never did. Until today I'm still supposed to pay for things I didn't purchase over something I never bought they are total *****s. I regret opening an account with them seriously. Total *****s
