Cashier stole my sim card

On Friday 2025-05-09 I went to buy a Telkom Huawei Nova 13i from Sport scene Alberton City, the cellphone showed that when I buy it I’ll get 15GB free. While a lady sales rep was assisting me there was a man next to him who took the phone, removed the sim card that came with the phone and hid it under the counter while I was watching him. The lady asked me which sim card must I give you and I said Telkom one. She took a separate Telkom sim card and did RICa then she said I must purchase R30 airtime to activate it which I bought. When she was done with everything she gave me the phone, box and sim card. I then told here that please give me my sim card that you guys stole from my phone box. She was reluctant but eventually gave me. I asked her to call the manager so that I could report the theft matter to him / her. The same man who stole my sim card called another man called Jomo and told me he is the manager, I approached him and asked are you the manager, at first he said yes but doubtedly then I realized he might be lying so I told him that I need the shop manager then he said let me call him. I then told him to not call the manager because I no longer trust him as he **** that he was the manager. I Bash and logged a complaint the same day (CS-***). I still did not have any feedback or follow up call from Bash. I am very disappointed.
