Caring for a stranger

Today I was having a horrible day but needed to pay my account as well as set up a payment plan coz a lot of things in my life aren't going well including my finances.Anyway the store open 5min late becoz of a staff meeting bt they apologised and I was cool with that got to a gentleman(I think his name was vk had two toned hair colour)who assisted me and I could see that he could sense I was not ok but he was compassionate and tried to help me he then called another gentleman named sizwe who helped with me getting in touch with the accounts team.On the phone I spoke to Kevin who set up my payment plan and was very nice over the phone,as I was about to leave the store Sizwe then asked if I was ok and I advised him that I will be he told me to hug him and I said no as I would get emotional which he said it's all good get emotional as u want and well I went for it I cried a solid 3min on his shoulder and he offered me water bt I told him I need to go to work.He advised that all will be ok and that crying is a good thing.I am super impressed with the staff and the care they had for a complete stranger.Thank you so much I really appreciated it.
