Cannot laybye as this is a good seller

Just want to mention the bad service by sportscene n1 city i was told by the staff that i cannot laybe the airmax and airforce because its a good seller in there store ...im to ****ed sorry for my language i jv been laybyeing by sportscene for 2 years now never do i wait for thev3 months i always finish it before the time im so angry coz what makes me different to any other customer so what your company is telling me that i cannot laybye this sneakers because its a good seller please look into this matter urgently and i need some feedback ***
