Canal walk sportscene bad service !!!

Guys this is legit what I’ve been going through with sportscene canal walk staff and customer service it’s utterly poor service . On the 1st of April I made a payment on my account however by the 7th no payment is showing I go to the store they tell me come back on the 12th to see if it’s going to reflect when I know that my account will go into arrears and that’s the last thing I want , for the past 2 days running up and down getting no where with the staff of canal walk sportscene even up until there manager and customer services is super frustrating then my account is still not sorted ! I am most definitely going to take steps further as this is unacceptable
