Blame it on the courier!!!

When going going to the Sportscene store in Vincent Park Centre Wednesday 24 June, I was helped by a gentleman and he placed an order for me and it will take a few days!! Saturday(27june) a friend of mine went in store and saw my name in book told me she is ordering the same shoe(same size) after a week of no feedback my friend has now received hers and I am still waiting!! Called the area manager and she said that she will call store and get back to me(still hasn't) I am now still waiting for my shoe after calling after and going to the store I was told that that's how their orders work and the gentleman that helped me could not understand my point of the matter. I cannot understand this!! I sent them a message on Facebook and no one from their company can even get back to me!!!
