I bought toddlers sneakers on the 1st of December they were in special and 2 pair of jeans everything processed payment went through. On the 05th of December I received an email that my order has been canceled due to damaged or low stock but funny enough the same item I purchased is still available online isn't it damaged? Since I didn't get mine

Please stop lying to customers and making specials that don't exist its really annoying
