Be careful of ********** transactions

My husband and I recently went to sportscene to purchase a pair of sneakers. When we went to pay for the item, the guy scanned our rewards card and then the box. The item came up with a R300 discount. (Original price R1699 after discount R1399) We were then told by the sales guy(mazibuko) that we only get the discount if we purchase 3 of there shoe cleaning items which were R89.90 each. When we got home I went online to check the rewards offers. Yes you get a R300 discount off selected sneakers but you don't have to purchase 3 products. I ended up paying almost the same amount for the sneaker because of those 3 extra products. This is *****ing and *****!! Shame on your staff.. will be returning these items and will not purchase there Ever Again!
