Battle to close account

I closed my sportscene account in June and I even call the customer service department to tell them to close the account and they confirmed that it is closed in July I got a stamen stating I owe admin fees I paid since I thought maybe it took a month for the cancelation to reflect by them but now I got another statement for August saying i owe money for admin fees which I don't understand as I already closed the account in June already... I sent them emails which they just ignored.
