Bad time management

I loved shopping at sport scene, and will probably still do so. However, the store at cornubia mall, states that is closes at 6pm, yesterday the 4 of October was the 3rd time I got to the store just after 5:47pm and they were closed.

I was Firstly upset as I needed something, secondly I finish work at 5:30pm and had to rush there. And I also wondered if plus, minus 10 minutes each day would not lose business.
