Bad service in Ficksburg

I have bought a Acer phone and tablet from Ficksburg Sportscene and the product give me problems. So I have taken the products back and this is now 1 month and 5 days sins it was sent a way and I had to go 3 times back to the store no feedback, no phone calls back to me and no reports from Acer or who ever is reaponsible for the products. Very bad service for cash paying clients.
