Bad Service form Sportscene Midlands Mall

Dear Sportscene,

Last week Saturday 14/09/2019 I was looking into fitting a per of jeans at Midlands Liberty Mall - Pietermaritzburg. So there was no-one at the front door in the fitting rooms because I was rushing so I just entered. I then heard a voice coming from a lady (Asanda Sokhela) asking me in IsiZulu ongaze ufekwe ubani meaning "who authorized you to enter" in a very loud and disrespectful manner. I asked her to lower her voice because it was so disrespectful and embarrassing and instead she repeated. I explained there was no-one at front so I just entered and then she forcefully closed the curtain while I was inside. I reported the incident to her manager immediately.

I'm not really happy with the service I've received.
