Bad service

Worst possible service from the store in wynberg and customer care department. I have brought a pair of nike air force for R1500. I have had it for a few months and the rubber at the bottom of the takkies are perfect! But its coming apart from the actual takkie. When you walk it makes a funny sound! The store didnt even want to look at the takkies. They only told me the return policy allows for a 30 return. I understand this policy! But my problem is that this is a quality problem with the takkie. I need help cause i paid alot of money for this. Please call me on ***
