Bad service ever

I've been trying to get a dual card for 2 years now with no luck. Sportscene eyethu Mall has the poorest customer service even. The is a person working there that doesnt even know what a dual card is, exact help me with applying for the card and the sms stated that I need to collect the card at the shop/ sportscene the guy working there was so rude telling me to wait for card to be delivered only to find out that they don't know how to issue a dual card, they communication skills are so bad it's not even funny. How did you guys yet to hire people with no skills and how do they even run that shop I would rather drive to three Rivers then give them business.
