Bad service due to Store Manager

Firstly, I would just like to make it known that the initial query / issue was with your store manager due to personal reasons. I have been trying to call your store since yesterday. Grahamstown sportscene, no one picks up the phone. Tried several times today, even called head office asked to transfer me and when I got through, someone just said we are not available, please call back later. Do u even get that message from a retail store? Your store manager Gersom Du Plessis is playing cat and mouse with myself and my lawyer and uses your staff to lie or not answer. When I ask for him, they can not give me a straight answer. This is two of my many calls that was answered. It could have been a customer, then they don't answer, or they answer and put the phone off to cover for him. That's bad service.
