Bad service delivery

FURIOUS!!!!!! The Scene at Cradlestone mall is pathetic when it comes to service deivery. After requesting a size in a shoe it took the people in the store an hour to tell me they don't have the size. A size 11 is not a myth!! There are In fact people that wear a size 11(hope you see the sarcasm), and now we get to the actual problem: Thereafter I requested two more shoes for a size 11 en both of them were conveniently out of stock. Today I went to Sporscene in Clearwater mall only ti find they they honestly have no size 11 besides one pair which was the ugliest shoe I've ever seen. At sportscene I askes between 9 different shoes and not one size 11 most only going up to 7. What is the problem?? This is now the 5th time that no sizes are available in One of the Foshini group stores including Markham. This is pathetic. And if someone from Sportscene decides to call me that person better be high up who can actually do something. Last time I was promised that they'll look into it, that never happened.
