Bad Service, Cheated!

I feel very cheated by the store. This change my entire perception about the Foschini Group. I have been nothing but loyal to their brand and only to be cheated. I went shopping at Sportscene, I was immediately attracted by Jordan Sneakers, I’m a size 4 and unfortunately they were on their last pair, which was a size 5. I took the shoe anyways, the shoes were priced R1,5k, when I got to the tills the shoes scanned R800 - both the teller and I were excited that the shoe was on sale. The manager came through before the sale was concluded, he insisted that there’s no way that the shoe could be on sale, and he was adamant that it must be a system error. He scanned the shoe time and again and the price was still the same price. He bluntly refused to sell me the shoe at that price, alluded that I can leave the shoe if I’m not willing to pay the full price. I was heartbroken, I was in disbelief, the manager manically overwrote the system, he manually captured the price on the till. I took the shoe anyways, but right now I’m resentful! I’m extremely mad and disappointed by the service received. I have been nothing but a loyal customer
