BAD SERVICE BY CONSULTANT

I had a complaint lodged with the company previously and when i spoke to a consultant over the phone she informed to me the complain was resolved and all amounts due will be reversed unfortunately this is not so as i am still recieving sms stating i have amount due and final notice calls from the company.

Please review my call with your agent as what we agreed on has not been done and um not happy
