Bad service at sportscene Stanger

The service in that store is pathetic 'KwaDukuza' to be specific, I was gifted with sneakers on my birthday,turned out the size is small needed to return dem for a bigger size, God! It's been a week I'm running up and down and they've been offline for a week now, mind you I have to ask for a pass out from work to rush there before they close, dey took my number and said they will call me when the system is restored,dey only called the next day they forgot about me,after dat um running there back and forth with no joy😡😡they should consider changing their IT team aibo!!
