Bad service at Sports scene Rustenburg Mall!!!!!!!!

I went to Sports scene Rustenburg mall to purchase a table for my daughter. I was interested in their store card and opened it Online and went to collect the card as well. I activated the card with the tablet purchase and was required to pay a deposit I and I did. I got home and tried to set up the tablet, to my Suprise the table was faulty and battery kept on decreasing until I took it back. When I go there I was told they could exchanged it because I bought it 2 days back and was required to pay another deposit!!!!!!!!!!!Why must I pay deposit twice for a faulty device. As A new account holder this is the worst experience I had and honestly regret even opening the store card.
