Bad service at Sports Scene Clearwater mall

Went to the sports Scene branch at Clearwater mall on the 29th November 2022 shopping for sportswear shoes. One of the guys recommend some nice shoes on sale for R999 which I want D to purchase but I had to run some errands first and when I came back they were already closed, which is ok. I went back the following day and I was told they have been sold and after asking where I could find them I was told the Northgate branch has them. Got to Northgate only to be told they are also sold out on them.No problem and at this stage I told myself to just forget about them. I then took my family to the same Clearwater branch today and saw the helpful guy who assisted me in the first place and I told him about my ordeal. He said to me no worries he'll go search for those shoes in their stock room and if he can't find them he'll check other branches. To my surprise he came out with the same pair but the problem was that it was back to its original price. You can imagine my disappointment because clearly it means the staff members **** to me when they said it was sold, either they planned to buy it themselves or they kept for family or friend because it's not even like the shoe was brought and credited back to the store. I'm a new TFG customer after cancelling my account long time ago and if this is the welcome back I get it's truly underwhelming not to mention the voucher issues I had today at the same store. Totally uninspiring service.
