Bad service and not able to refund me

I bought a black short online and after few days i got a message stating that the order won't be delivered as it's out of stock. I was told to use the link to request refund, but the link was not working. I called tfg customer support and was advised to send an email which i did. I was requested to send bank statement i did. Later was told my account number was hidden on the statement as i used the credit card to purchase and was asked to and another statement. Like what the hell, such a long process to get my money back, 1st they allowed me to purchase something which was put of stock without monitoring their online stock, now i should go to the bank to queue for statement which i already sent to them. Even today im still waiting for my refund and they not saying anything to me.
