Bad service and bad attitude from manager

Sportscene Alberton,my wife bought two Tshirt18 Dec and 1 after wearing it got torn on the sleeve. So on the 21 Dec I when to the store to exchange but had to wait for the que for a long time, when I got to the till the cashier made me wait for the manager who was out had to wait another 30 or so finally when he got there he to be told more than 3 times to attend to me. When he finally attended me he just said u wore it I won't change it, asked him to write his name but he refused and just told me his name
