Bad Service and a Waste of Resources at Sportscene in Tzaneen

Good day, My Name is Ponani Shipalana. I recently visited one of your Sportscene outlets in Tzaneen, on the 26th April 2021.I went there to place an order for a pair of sneakers that I saw online but the sizes online had run out. A lady that helped me with the order was very impatient, the store was not even busy that day. She searched and told me she found a pair at some mall and then she took down my details on a piece of paper and told me she would put the order through. Later on in the afternoon she called me claiming that she had sent the order through and that I would receive an sms as soon as the parcel arrived.

I called the shop on Friday 1 May 2021 for an update because I know orders usually don’t take more than 5 days, she told me that the order hadn’t arrived, I kindly asked her if there was a way she could track the parcel and she said, no I should just wait for an SMS. I called the shop this morning again and a kind gentleman assisted me and told me that on his side he can’t see any trace of an order. This is really frustrating because it was a complete waste of my time and resources.
